- Iris (fried breakfast pastry, consisting of a thin shell of brioche dough, made crispy by breadcrumbs, with a generous filling of white cream or chocolate)
- Baked ricotta raviola (puff pastry with a sweet ricotta filling) and fried ricotta raviola (sugar-coated fried dough with a sweet ricotta filling)
- Cornetti (Pistachio, Cream, Jam, Empty)
- Krapfen – Sicilian version (soft, doughnut-shaped fried dough, without filling and covered with granulated sugar).
- Puff pastry rolls (white cream and chocolate)
- Treccine (jam, Nutella®, cream): this is a kind of cross between a soft bun and a small brioche, covered with granulated sugar.
- Classic brioche
- Panzerotti (white and chocolate cream) with a soft cookie shell that does not “shortbread” because it does not contain eggs, so it does not turn out biscuits, with cream inside.
- Girelle with raisins (prepared with soft flaky dough and filled with raisins)
